Refer-a-Friend Process for a Clinical Trial
Thank you for your interest in helping us with our clinical trial and making a profound impact. We appreciate your assistance in spreading the word about our study. By referring a friend for one of our clinical trials, you can earn a $50 stipend as a token of our appreciation.
Step-by-Step Instructions
The Referring Party: You are eligible to participate in the refer-a-friend program if you are a participant or potential participant of one of our trials and are in our research database.
Understand the Criteria: Confirm that the person you are referring meets the basic eligibility criteria for the clinical trial. This includes age, health conditions, and interest in participating.
Provide Referral Information
Contact Information: Collect and confirm the contact details of the person you wish to refer, complete the form on this page.
Consent: Make sure the person you are referring is interested in participating and gives their consent for you to refer them.
Submit the Referral in our Online Form: Go to the clinical trial refer-a-friend webpage and complete the referral form with your details and the details of your referral.
Confirmation For Referrers: Once the form is submitted, your referral will be received in our patient database. The referred patient will be contacted and must qualify and complete a screening visit by signing the Informed Consent for a trial. Upon completion of a screening visit, you will be notified, and the payment will be issued.
For Referees: You will be contacted by phone and/or email by our team to discuss the trial and your eligibility. You must qualify and complete a screening visit for the trial.
Receiving Your Stipend: After the referred individual completes the initial screening or enrollment process, you will be eligible to receive your $50 stipend.
Payment Method: The stipend will be sent to you via Visa gift card in the mail, after the referred individual’s enrollment is confirmed.
Terms and Conditions
- Only one stipend will be awarded per successful referral.
- The referred individual must meet all eligibility requirements and complete a screening visit defined by signing the Informed Consent Form (ICF).
- The program may be subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of the clinical trial organizers.
